A yearly professional assessment with updated photographs, condition observations, maintenance recommendations, and a new chapter added to your home’s documented history.
Before & After Severe Weather
When qualifying weather threatens, we can document conditions before the event and return afterward to look for visible changes or concerns—even when you’re away.
Insurance Updates When Needed
When appropriate and your property is eligible, updated 4-Point and Wind Mitigation inspections are included when they’re needed.
Care Beyond the Checklist
Pools are included in our general observations when applicable, and members may request additional visits at a preferred member rate.
Before and after severe weather
When the Weather Changes, We Know What Came Before
After qualifying severe weather, we return to look for visible changes or concerns using the property’s existing Home Health documentation as our point of reference.
