Information We Collect

We may collect information that customers, prospective customers, and members provide to us, including:

• Name, email address, and phone number.
• Billing address and service or property address.
• Community or neighborhood name.
• Information submitted when requesting, scheduling, or receiving an inspection, assessment, report, or membership service.
• Property details and property-access and scheduling information reasonably necessary to perform requested services, along with service preferences, questions, notes, photographs, condition observations, and other information voluntarily provided or developed in connection with the requested service.
• Payment-related information needed to administer enrollment and recurring billing. Payments are processed through Stripe. Next Chapter Inspections does not directly store full payment-card numbers or payment credentials processed by Stripe.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries; schedule, coordinate, and perform requested services; establish and maintain customer and membership records; prepare property documentation and reports; administer Next Chapter Home Health enrollment and recurring billing; communicate about appointments, reports, payments, membership services, and service-related matters; provide customer support; maintain the security and operation of our services; and comply with applicable obligations.

Service Providers and Payment Processing

We may provide information to service providers when reasonably necessary for them to perform services on our behalf. Next Chapter Home Health recurring payments are processed through Stripe under the billing option selected at enrollment. Stripe receives and processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not claim to directly store full card numbers or other payment credentials processed by Stripe.

Communications

We may use the contact information provided to communicate about inquiries, scheduling, property access, inspections, assessments, reports, membership administration, billing, service updates, and customer support. When a communication offers an unsubscribe method, recipients may use it to stop that category of communication. Service-related or transactional communications may still be sent when needed to provide or administer a requested service or active membership.

Information Sharing

We may share information with service providers, including Stripe for payment processing, only as reasonably necessary to support the services they perform for us. We may also disclose information when required to comply with applicable legal obligations or to protect the rights, safety, and security of customers, the public, Next Chapter Inspections, or The Next Chapter 717 LLC. We do not disclose customer information to unrelated third parties except as described in this policy or with the customer's direction or permission.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures intended to protect the information in our care. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and administer requested services and memberships, maintain appropriate business and service records, resolve questions, and comply with applicable obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it is maintained.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request that we review or update contact or account information you previously provided. You may also ask questions about our handling of your information or communications preferences. Some information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for active services, membership administration, business records, or applicable obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or information practices change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect.
